About us

BRWN iNK is the unapologetic home for South Asian creatives worldwide. Founded by Rajib Moazzam after 15+ years in the UK creative industry, and zero in-person encounters with fellow South Asian pros, BRWN iNK was born from one question: “Where are my people?” We’re here to change that.

In 2024, after attending a design conference with no South Asian speakers or attendees, Rajib realised it wasn’t enough to complain. He launched BRWN iNK to build a community that welcomes every level of experience, from junior designers sketching their first logos to seasoned art directors pitching global campaigns. What started as a spark is now a movement.
